These kids are the least of these, we can't let people mess with children and babies. We need to support each other work as a family and fight and take a stand to do what we can to change the thinking of the world around us. Those kids are loved and we need to treat them that way.

 

 

 

I had a great trip with my classmates. Everyone was so eager to reach out to the city and bring them into an encounter with God. We were an amazing group of people that God had brought together to work out His purpose in our lives and the lives of those we met.

  

 

 

We were loving the feel of the city right from the start.  San Francisco is a very beautiful city full of culture and creativity. We did a lot of walking the first day and night, getting accustomed to each other and hearing from God about what He was up to so we could partner with Him.

 

We met a few homeless people the first night and after talking to them and getting to know them we began to see the greatness in them.  We could see them as God made them to be.... totally awesome! As we would see it we would start calling it out; speaking destiny and purpose into them. It was a pleasure to meet them and see the genuine hearts that were open to receive genuine love. The streets really are strewn with valuable treasure waiting to be found.

 

Our hosts and leaders were so great, too.  They have been serving the lost and broken for over ten years, some of them faithfully bringing hope and love even when little or few others have ever known about it. These guys are my hero's.  These guys really live the power filled christian life and serving along side of them was pure joy. We were shown the ropes on the Streets of San Francisco most nights ministering to the lost and broken with these guys. It was awesome to see the hope restored and the life come back into the eyes of the least of these.

 

 

I was amazed at how much the prophetic broke out on our team we spoke life into dead dreams and seemingly hopeless situations all day everyday. It seemed as though we were prophesying machines. Everywhere we would go, we were declaring stuff and speaking life, our joy was full and we were strong and victorious. We cast out demons and healed the sick and proclaimed freedom to the captives.

 

 

We held a meeting at a youth group one night. We held another meeting at a ex homeless men's home, and we started to share and build up and encourage them. We even invades the skate park. It was really great to be there and witness God showing up and touching the lives of all kinds of people in San Francisco. A few of us also got to go out and love on the transvestites (cross dressers) in a club. We also went into another club that had women stripping and gave them white roses and cards that had words of value and promise written on them to encourage and love them right where they are at.

I felt so blessed and loved to be chosen to go and be apart of what God was doing in San Francisco. We saw many people touched deeply by the love of God and with open hearts accept Him into their lives. Thank you so much for your love and prayers. I was at the mercy of the body of Christ to provide for me to go on this trip and had passed all the deadlines to go, but God made a way and people came through with their gifts just in the nick of time for me to go. Others spoke to leadership on my behalf for them to make an exception because they valued what I would bring to the team. I felt so loved and honored. Thank you again for all your love to everyone that has supported me during this time.

 

 

 

Dependence is a very scary place for me to think to walk into, yet that's where I feel God is calling me to walk. Not just dependent on Him but on the body of Christ. Love always comes down and rescues me, so I refuse to sin in fear. I have always thought that dependence was a bad place for a person to be, because it leaves you at someone's mercy. However if I never depend on anyone but myself and God; how can I do what God has called me to do?  I don't think I can. When I went to India God said you can't do anything with out me and you can't do anything without the body of Christ... I think He is right... I can't.

 

 

 

At this point in time I have run out of money. I have missed a few payments on stuff. I am holding the pain as close as possible so as to learn as much as I can from this season. I never want to end up here again, and by Gods grace I wont.

My time at Bethel has been so amazing and I am so grateful for all the instruction and relationships that I've been blessed to make here. I feel like a different person.

 

 

I wanted to share this video.... its a way of viewing life. It changes what you pay attention to and it will change your life for the better.  I have applied it to my life and it keeps me from living a defeated life. Try to live aware of God and what He is up to, pay less mind to negative stuff... if you come across it in your life clean it up but don't let it take you down.

 God is Love

 

If I gave everything I have to the poor and even sacrificed my body, I could boast about it; but if I didn't love others, I would be of no value whatsoever.

  Love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful, and endures through every circumstance.

 

 

Something they say here is that Love gives us a choice. God put Adam and Eve in a garden and commanded them yet gave them the choice to obey. I think about abortion and how that principal applies.... Are we governed by our conscience / heart or by governmental law or consequence as people? The key is to focus on the abundance in our lives not the restriction.

 

I think about how we have the choice everyday as to whether we will yield to the Holy Spirit or yield to the flesh. I wonder about hosting the presence of God and finding fulfillment in Him, total satisfaction. I ponder about grace, and I surrender in worship. I am a new creation, I laugh and I cry, I am forgiven and I am set free and healed.  Each day comes and goes and life passes by in the twinkling of an eye.

 

Will the world know the love of Jesus, will they be saved healed and delivered? Will we really live the abundant life and live in the promised land? Can I make it without taking a short cut?  Will I represent Him to the world? Will I do greater things then Jesus in my life? He said I would and His word is all I get to go on.

I wanted to share about the mission trip that the first year students go on near the end of the school year. The trip I'll be going on is to Mexico city and apparently last year a revival broke out on the trip. I have heard testimony about a baby coming back to life after a team stopped at a car accident and prayed for about twenty minutes.  God has really blessed these trips in the past years.

 

 

 

I'm getting more excited to go the more I think about it. Last time I was in Mexico God did some pretty cool things.  One day we went out to invite people to the meeting we were having and give out flyers, we had done that the week before and no one really came so when I saw a really drunk man I pretty much grabbed him and drug him back to the church with us. We loved him as best we knew how. By the end of the service that night he threw his bottle away and gave me his gang colors. A year and a half later my friend went back to the church and found that our drunk man was now leading the outreach on the streets for the church, and bringing others hope and freedom.

 

                                   The man on the far right is the man God has restored and is using to reach others now.

 

 

My first two months at Bethel as a first year student has really been amazing. I have been so blessed and love to see and hear and be apart of all that God is doing in the lives of His bride here. I am at a new level of being in awe of God again and that's always a great place to be.

I wanted to share some of the major points that I feel have impacted me the most. We hear so many sermons and teachings every week and I should share and give away some of what I've been learning before I take on more, so let me impart to you in Love. If you have any questions or comments I would love to hear them.

 

 

Angels harken to the Word of God... Declare the word of God. Be in relationship with God and hear what He is saying for today. The Word of God is the sword of the Spirit.

 

 

Honor draws us close to people, dishonor pushes us away. The test of honor comes when people fail.

Honor isn't tested by how you treat the police officer when he pulls you over because you want to earn favor.  It's tested at home with how you treat those you live with, it shows up when you really value and make it a goal to connect with someone.

 

Honor is a connection protection policy. Value your relationships and do nothing to hurt the connection, with both God and man. Withdrawing is dishonor. Honor comes from a love connection. Through God all things are held together.

Do not despise the day of small beginnings.

 

 

Find out what is beautiful to you, and ask God what to do with that beauty. God's desire is that you live fully alive.

 

When a lie is exposed it loses its power, and the exchange of truth empowers me.

One tree is the tree of life and the other is the forbidden fruit, Love gives us a choice.

We look like and act like our Father.

Love suffers long and is kind, Love does not envy, doesn't parade itself, is not puffed up; Love doesn't behave rudely, and doesn't seek its own. Love is not provoked, thinks no evil; does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, and endures all things. Love Never Fails.

 

I really have learned so much more about inner and outer healing prophesy and connecting with the Holy Spirit, but I'll share that another time.

I have been learning so much here at Bethel everyday, the Holy Spirit teaches us hidden truths and fresh revelation that set you free to a new degree!  I am amazed that I was so bound up and never knew it. Fear and bitterness hides in the depths and is only discovered when bright light gets in and clears it out. Truth is that bright light, and Love and Forgiveness are the Keys to Freedom.

 

 

 

 

I smile so much that the muscles in my face hurt and I don't think that has ever happened to me before. I am hearing my laughter and discovering the different ways that I laugh. I have enjoyed the silly, playful and childlike characteristics of the Holy Spirit and  I really like feeling the tangible presence of God everyday. We are learning to host the presence of God and pay attention to what He is up to. They say here that it is not normal to not feel the tangible presence of God, however there are times when one person will feel and the other won't  and vise versa.  So when that happens don't be skeptical but honor the testimony or recognize when God is moving and pay attention, they are leading the way into the presence.  I have found this to be so true.

 

 Never limit God to your own experience, He is so much bigger then you will ever know.
